1st February 2013 - During a routine inspection

Patient's told us that they thought the standard of care provided by the practice was "Good", that they could book appointments with reasonable ease and that they felt involved in their dental care.

We found that the practice was clean and tidy and it was well organised with suitable supportive mechanisms in place for patient's and staff. These mechanisms were readily available and were consistent with the views of the dental team. There was a pleasant working environment which encouraged the team to strive to improve their training and to do the best for their patients.
