People who use the service were very pleased with the quality of service that they received. The people that we spoke with had been using this practice for many years. Some of them had moved out of the local area but still chose to use this practice even though it meant a longer journey.

One person said, “Excellent service. Very polite. Never thought about a complaints procedure. If it was not okay I would stop coming and change dentist. I have never had any issues.”

Another said, “Excellent. My children have been coming since they were young and one of them is now 40 and still does not have any fillings. My treatment is a mixture of NHS and private but mostly private. I am clear about the treatment and the cost. They always discuss this and it's always clear. They are very good with children and my children now bring theirs here. I love the practice and drive quite a distance to get here.”

A third said, “No problems at all. Always polite and helpful. Explain things and I get a treatment plan. The costs and charges are made clear. I would not dream of changing dentists. They treat me as a person and not just the next appointment.”
