10th November 2013 - During a routine inspection

On the day of our inspection we looked at five medical records and saw that these contained up to date information regarding peoples' treatment and that peoples' wishes were documented.

We spoke with one person who used the practice and two relatives. All the people we spoke with were complimentary of the practice and expressed no concerns.

We found the practice to be clean and well maintained and saw that there were sufficient members of suitably qualified staff available to meet people’s needs. We saw that staff engaged with people in a compassionate and respectful manner.

We saw that there were quality audit systems in place to improve the service offered to people.
