29th May 2012 - During an inspection to make sure that the improvements required had been made

This was a follow up inspection to check that the provider had made improvements to the two areas previously identified as requiring action in order to meet the expected standards. On this occasion we did not speak to people using the service.

Previously people who spoke with us indicated that they were very satisfied with the standards of the practice, and with the care and treatment provided to them. Appointments were said to be conveniently made, with access at suitable times.

Staff were said to be knowledgeable and informative, providing information, advice and guidance related to dental and oral care.
