28th May 2013 - During a routine inspection
We inspected the premises and records of this dental practice and we provided questionnaires for patients to complete giving their views on the service. Five people completed the questionnaire. Comments from people were positive about the treatment they received and the cleanliness of the practice. For example one person described the cleanliness of the practice as “always excellent”, another described it as “always clean and comfortable.” We saw that the provider had efficient processes in place for maintaining cleanliness and infection control. We saw evidence, and people told us, that treatment was discussed and planned so that they understood the options available to them before agreeing to treatment. The provider had appropriate policies in place for the safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults.
