18th June 2013 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

Patients we spoke with spoke highly of the practice and their individual dentists. One said, “If you asked me to score the practice I’d give it 11 out 10. Another patient said, “I have complete faith in the practice, a full explanation of my treatment is given and everything is very, very good.”

We spoke with patients about the treatment they received. Patient’s all said that the treatment at the practice was first class. One said, “I’m given time to consider everything and can phone up for more information whenever I need it.”

Patients we spoke with said the practice was maintained to a high standard. One patient said, “It’s always spotless.”

We spoke with patients about the staff’s ability to meet their dental needs and were told everyone was very nice and competent in their roles.

The patients we spoke with were confident that they had opportunity to give feedback on their specific treatment. One said, “I am never rushed into making decisions and my thoughts are always considered. Even my social and personal circumstances are given consideration, you can’t ask for more than that.”
