10th July 2013 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

We spoke with one patient during our inspection. They told us they were a 'happy patient'.

There were arrangements in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection, including staff training, policies and procedures, and decontamination arrangements that met published guidance.

Staff maintained their professional registration and had access to continuing professional development. Staff supervisions were intended to be carried out on a monthly basis. However, due to a lack of permanent manager within the practice they had not yet commenced.

Quality monitoring arrangements were in place in the service, including patient surveys, audits and health and safety checks.
