We were able to speak to patients at Crofton Dental Care who told us that they had been treated with dignity and respect. They were happy with the care and treatment provided.

We spoke with six patients and they all made positive comments about members of staff. They told us they felt safe and had confidence in members of staff who treated them. One person told us, “I am aware of my treatment and I was given options about it. They always tell me how much will it all costs.”

We found the premises to be clean and well maintained. There were arrangements for infection control and the organisation undertook daily cleaning tasks. One person told us, “I am quite impressed with the cleanliness of this place.”

People were cared for, or supported by, suitable qualified skilled and experienced staff. Appropriate checks had been undertaken before staff began work.

There were quality monitoring programmes in place, which included people giving feedback about their care and treatment. This provided a good overview of the quality of the service provided.
