13th September 2012 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

We spoke with four people on the day of our visit and also looked at the results of satisfaction surveys. The comments that we received from people were positive. We were told that treatment was explained and that the charges involved were made clear. One person told us that the whole family came to the practice and that she was pleased because her children were happy there. Another person told us that they had had a very good experience at the practice and that staff were 'very friendly'.

We were told that appointments were easy to make and that people received a telephone reminder of the appointment on the day before. One person told us that they had an issue with a particular treatment and was pleased that they had been able to get an appointment on the following day.

We looked at the comments from patient surveys. These included; 'great with the children', 'in an emergency, always seen promptly' and 'it seems friendly and professional'.
