6th February 2013 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

Patients said that they were satisfied with the dental service provided. They thought that they had been given enough information about their treatment and about any charges they might have to pay. They said staff were helpful and they considered that their treatment had met their dental needs. They were confident there were good standards of hygiene in the practice and they thought that staff were knowledgeable about their roles. They also

said there was an open atmosphere in the practice that enabled them to suggest improvements and if necessary to make a complaint.

All of the five patients with whom we spoke gave us positive feedback about the practice. One of them said, "I'm sure that it's a good dentist and I've always been very satisfied with the quality of the dental care I've received."
