4th February 2014 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

We spoke with two patients who used the practice, looked at some questionnaires the registered manager had sent to patients and spoke to two staff members. Patients told us, "I am very happy with the service" and "We are both happy with the service and I am satisfied with the care I have received".

Patients were given sufficient information to make a choice about the care and treatment they received.

Patients medical histories were recorded to minimise risks and all care and treatments were recorded in the treatment plans.

There were good infection control systems to help protect the health and welfare of patients and staff. The registered manager undertook audits to ensure systems were safe. Patients told us the surgeries were clean and tidy.

Staff were well trained and supported to meet the needs of patients.

There were quality assurance systems to gain the views of staff and patients to help improve the service.
