26th July 2012 - During a routine inspection

All of the people with whom we spoke with were complimentary about the treatment provided at this dental practice. Many had been visiting the practice for a number of years. One person said they had chosen to remain with the practice even though they had moved away from the area. We spoke with three people who used the service to find out their thoughts on the treatment provided at the practice. One person told us, “I’ve always found the dentist perfectly satisfactory and in a lot of ways better than any of the other dentists I’ve been to” and “It’s a very friendly run practice with helpful staff and a knowledgeable dentist.”

Other comments included, “It’s just fantastic. Nobody likes going to the dentist, but Mr Vaughan would be the dentist that I would always choose,” “I’ve had all of the family registered with the practice. “It’s an excellent practice, he looks after his patients extremely well
