17th April 2013 - During a routine inspection

We spoke with two patients who both said the staff were helpful and polite and they received enough information about their treatment and services available. Patients said the service met with their expectations and they were happy with the advice and treatment they received.

People were protected from the risk of infection because appropriate guidance had been followed.The provider had an effective system in place to identify, assess and manage risks to the health, safety and welfare of people using the service and others.
