1st March 2012 - During a routine inspection

The people we spoke to during our visit had been attending the service for a number of years.

People expressed a high level of satisfaction with the service.

One person described it as “Brilliant” and said that they had always been provided with sufficient information by the dentists and been made to feel involved in their own treatment.

Another person told us that the practice had a “good atmosphere”. The dentists had allowed plenty of time for questions and had always provided the person with sufficient information.
