4th June 2013 - During a routine inspection

People received treatment from skilled,suitably qualified and experienced staff. People were examined at each consultation by a dentist and a plan of care and treatment was provided for them.. We spoke with one patient and saw ten patient questionnaires. People said that the dentist was “kind” and “evening appointments were welcomed”.

People received care and treatment in a hygienic and clean environment. There were effective systems in place for cleaning and regular checks to reduce the risk and spread of infection. The principal dentist undertook quality and infection control audits and action plans were in place where required.
