8th March 2013 - During a routine inspection
During the inspection we talked with four people using the service and two members of staff to get their views about the service provided by the practice. People we spoke with said they were happy with the care and treatment that they received. They told us the dentist provided them with information regarding treatments, risks and the costs involved. One person commented “I always know what my options are, he always explains the prices”. People told us that the dentist always asked them about any medical conditions they had and the medicines they were taking. Arrangements were in place for people to express their views about the quality of the service provided. Effective systems were in place to manage infection control and prevention. People told us they would be confident to raise any concerns they had about the service with the dentist.
