29th August 2013 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

As part of the inspection we spoke with three people who used the service. We were told: "I actually like coming here, they are very good" and "It’s never too much trouble to explain things to me."

We looked at the care records of five people who used the service. These showed us that peoples' treatment had been discussed with them and recorded appropriately.

During our visit we observed staff treating people in a kind, professional, friendly and respectful manner.

We saw that the environment was clean and that systems were in place to ensure that people were cared for in a hygienic environment.

We saw that staff were registered with the General Dental Council and records of continuing development activities were maintained.
