30th July 2012 - During a routine inspection

We met with two patients, the manager, the dental nurse and receptionist. We also viewed comments from patients in the satisfaction questionnaires that the dental practice had carried out.

Comments from the two patients we spoke with were positive. Both confirmed the staff were polite and friendly. One patient told us “everything was explained to me and I knew what the cost of the treatment would be”. Both patients said if they had a concern or query they would feel comfortable talking with the dentist.

All patients who had completed satisfaction surveys in 2012 were very happy with the service they had received. One patient had said they would “certainly come again if I had any problems”. Whilst another had stated “the dentist is professional”.
