24th August 2012 - During a routine inspection

We spoke with two members of staff and three patients on the telephone.

One patient told us, “I was always terrified of the dentist but now that fear has gone now. The dentist and staff team were great; they totally put me at my ease. I was extremely happy with everything.” Another patient said, “I was extremely happy with my treatment. I really couldn’t recommend the dentist highly enough; I have total confidence in him. He is excellent. The support staff were excellent, very professional and friendly. I was given health care leaflets and advice about my treatments; I couldn’t fault the staff team in any way."
