We spoke with two people using the service. They were very happy with their experience at Dentistry100. One person said the dentist was "delightful". Another person described the service as "brilliant".

People said it was easy to get a convenient appointment. They told us they were given good information about their treatment options and the fees. People particulary praised the way the dentist took care to explain things. They also received written information about their treatment plan.

People said the staff were friendly and welcoming. They reported that their privacy was maintained. The clinic had recently moved to new premises. People praised the environment which was modern and bright and told us that the clinic was always clean.

We found that the service's safeguarding procedure did not include information about local safeguarding team contacts and how to raise a safeguarding alert for staff.
