8th November 2012 - During a routine inspection

We spoke with three people who were using the service. All three said they were very happy with the care provided by their dentist. They said they were always involved in decisions about their care and were given clear information about the treatment options available to them. All three people said they would happily recommend the practice to other people.

We observed that staff were friendly and welcoming to people and treated everyone with respect.
