10th April 2013 - During an inspection to make sure that the improvements required had been made pdf icon

We did not speak to patients during this inspection as the issues identified previously concerned a lack of proper record keeping to ensure patients' safety; a lack of effective policies and procedures and incomplete quality assurance systems. At this visit we found that consultations and medical histories had been recorded in a way which ensured people's safety. We found that policies had been put in place to ensure that patients were safe and that staff knew how to raise concerns. We found that there were new systems to deal with patient complaints and patient feedback which meant the surgery could ensure the continually high quality of the service they provided.

27th June 2012 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

Patients told us that they were happy with the treatment that they received and the service provided overall. Patients generally felt involved in decisions made about their treatment and felt that they were given enough information to be able to choose how they wished to proceed. Patients found the premises clean and hygienic.
