People who use the service were not available for interview during our visit. We contacted them by telephone or e-mail and they told us they were satisfied with the treatment they had received and way it was provided. One person said "I have been using this dentist for forty years and am very satisfied". Someone else commented "The dentist is very caring and has an excellent manner". Another person commented "A fantastic dentist". They said the treatment, reason why it was needed, alternatives and procedure followed had been fully explained to them during their consultation and treatment. The treatment cost was explained and consent to treatment taken. They were also told about any risks that might arise from treatments chosen. Individuals spoken to felt they had been treated with dignity, respect and had received consultations and treatment in a way that maintained their privacy.

They did not comment on the clinic's safeguarding or infection control systems. They did tell us they thought the clinic was kept clean and tidy.
