17th September 2013 - During a routine inspection
We spoke with eight people who used the service and they were happy with the staff and services provided. People told us they were provided with appropriate information and support regarding their care or treatment. They said they were given information and were asked their opinion of their perceptions of how the services were provided. People said that care and treatment was planned and delivered in a way that ensured people's safety and welfare. They said they were respected and made to feel calm and reassured when they attended the surgery. Peoples comments about the service included: "the dentists are wonderful"; "we get excellent treatment here"; "all the staff are good" and "we get a personal plan to detail what treatment we have agreed on." Staff told us they were provided with good quality training and support and worked well together as a team.
