All three of the patients we spoke with told us they were happy with the quality of care they received from Dunedin Clinic. Comments included “very good, very impressed”, “I really like it, I am happy here” and “I would go ten out of ten”. One patient who identified themselves as “very nervous” said “they were lovely, they talked to me all the way through it and the nurse let me hold her hand”.

People’s privacy, dignity and independence were respected.

Care and treatment was planned and delivered in a way that was intended to ensure people's safety and welfare.

People who used the service were protected from the risk of abuse, because the provider had taken reasonable steps to identify the possibility of abuse and prevent abuse from happening.

People were protected from the risk of infection because appropriate guidance had been followed.

People were cared for by staff who were supported to deliver care and treatment safely and to an appropriate standard.
