1st October 2013 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

We spoke with two people who had recently undergone the screening procedure. Both were happy with the level of information given to them prior to the test and both were satisfied with the level of care given to them on the day of the procedure.

We found the provider had appropriate arrangements in place to seek the consent of people who used the service.

We found arrangements were in place to ensure the safety and welfare of people who used the service.

We found the equipment used by the service was clean, well maintained and present in sufficient quantities.

We found an effective system was in place to receive and respond to people’s comments and complaints.
