5th September 2012 - During a routine inspection

People who used the service told us they were given choices as to their care and shown respect. They also told us their dignity was maintained whilst they were receiving care and treatment.

They told us that they were happy with the care they received.

They told us they felt safe and were cared for by staff who seemed to be well trained.

They said they were asked their opinion about the service offered by the provider.
