18th April 2013 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

When we visited Endo 61 Limited we talked to the dentist as well as the surgery assistant and general manager. We inspected only those parts of the building and equipment which were used by this provider. This included a single surgery on the first floor of the building with a separate sterilising facility. We saw that the building had been extensively refurbished to provide modern clinical, office, and other facilities.

We were told that people who used the service were usually referred there by their general dental practitioner for a specific treatment and that after this was completed (often in a single consultation) their dental care reverted to that practitioner. At the time of our inspection two people who used the service had appointments for treatment and both agreed to talk to us afterwards. They told us that “this would be the ultimate for …. dental management” and “I could not recommend it enough”.
