3rd December 2012 - During a routine inspection
Patients who used the service understood the care and treatment choices available to them. We were told: “The dentist has always looked after my individuals needs. I find the service excellent and I feel comfortable coming here for treatment”. “The staff are very pleasant and look after me well while I’m here”. “I was told exactly what treatment was required”. “I feel confident in the level of experience of the dentist and all the staff”. “The staff wear protective clothing”. “The instruments used were explained and looked clean”. “The staff frequently washed their hands”. “The practice is clean”. We were shown the results of the patients’ survey from August 2012. Some of the comments included: “The overall quality of the service is very good”. “The service is just perfection”. “You made me smile”. “All my treatment was discussed”.
