22nd March 2012 - During a routine inspection
People we spoke with said they received good information and the dentist discussed treatment options with them, which enabled them to make an informed choice. People said that the dentist had taken time to discuss their treatment and had given a thorough explanation. People we spoke with indicated that they were satisfied with the treatment provided by Facial Wellness. People did not have any concerns or complaints and found the clinic to be clean and the staff friendly with a good professional manner. People said they were aware of a treatment plan and payment schedule. Some of the comments made were " I am in good hands" and " it’s the best surgery I have been to". People who use the service commented that the practice was clean. People said the surgery was bright and smelt nice.
