We spoke with two people about their experience of using Farnborough Dental Centre and a further seven people completed our questionnaire. People were very pleased with the service they had received. Their comments included ‘Excellent’ and ‘Happy with the service and care. Treatment is always explained to me and what will be involved before commencing.’

We found that information about the service and people’s individual care had been provided to them.

People’s medical history had been recorded and reviewed before their dental health care needs had been assessed. People were offered and provided with written treatment plans.

The practice was clean and relevant infection control guidance had been followed.

There were recruitment processes and procedures in place.

There were effective systems in place to monitor the quality of the service provided.
