12th January 2012 - During a routine inspection

When we visited the practice, there were no appointments booked for people who use the service. Therefore, we could not obtain the views of service users. However, it was noted that the provider uses a variety of methods to obtain feedback from people who use the services and that these comments were very positive about the care and treatment they had received at Focus Dental Clinic.
