31st January 2013 - During a routine inspection

There were no patients appointed for the time of the inspection and so we examined patient survey data which indicated that people were happy with the service provided.

Reception was welcoming and multilingual leaflets describing the practice were on display. The premises were clean and tidy and the decor was pleasant, surgeries were well equipped with modern units and the ground floor was accessible to wheelchair users.

Notices on display in the waiting area gave useful information about the practice, local services and NHS fees.
