10th October 2012 - During a routine inspection

Patients we spoke with told us that the service they received was good and that staff were polite. One person said, "I am having implants soon and I feel that I can talk to Marcus (the dentist) openly about it. I fully understand the treatment and the costs". Another person said, "The care there is excellent, the dentist puts you at your ease. They're so careful and everything is explained thoroughly". We found that patients were handled with respect and that their treatment and care was planned properly to ensure their welfare and safety. The environment was clean and hygienic and the practice maintained high standards in this regard. We found that staff were recruited properly and that staff were confident in the role which they performed.
