1st October 2012 - During a routine inspection

We were unable to speak with people who used the Dencall service as people were not treated at this location. However we gathered evidence of people’s experiences of the service by reviewing patient surveys. These showed over 90% of people rated satisfaction with the service as excellent, very good or good.

Overall the provider was found to be compliant with all the outcomes we checked at this inspection.
