30th October 2012 - During a routine inspection

People we spoke with were positive about the service they received from Fulwell Clinic. They told us, "The staff are lovely, the girls on reception are always welcoming".

One person told us "I took my little girl in and she was very nervous. The dentist reassured her and it really helped". People told us that parking was convenient in the area and access to the building was suitable for them.
