We found the premises to be clean and hygienic with systems in place to monitor the standards of infection control and to ensure there was continuous improvement.

We spoke with eight patients who attended the surgery for appointments. The patients we spoke with were positive about the surgery, the treatment they received and the staff. Patients told us they were treated with respect and dignity and that they had good relationships with the dental surgeons and the staff. All patients spoken with confirmed that medical histories were taken and they signed their consent to treatment. Patients told us that treatment options were discussed with them and this included the

price of treatments.

Patients told us that they were happy with the care, treatment and advice provided at the practice. Some comments included: "The dentist is very good, I am always happy with the advice and treatment," "The staff are very friendly and helpful" and "The dentist does explain what they are going to do. They ask if I have understood the information before they treat me." “It’s a very good practice here”.
