25th February 2013 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

During the inspection we spoke with three people who use the service and three members of staff. All of the people we spoke with said they were very happy with the service.

We saw testimonials from people, these included statements such as "Thank you so much for your professional and caring service which is second to none" and "I will recommend your practice to all my family you truly are amazing people".

People said they were given all the necessary information to make an informed choice about treatments and costs. A full medical history was taken before any treatment was carried out and procedures were in place to care for people in the event of an emergency.

Satisfaction surveys had been carried out to establish people's views of the service, and improvements made as a result of the findings.

People we spoke with were happy with the standard of cleanliness and there were effective systems in place to reduce the risk and spread of infection.

Staff had appropriate professional development and their training needs had been met.
