29th February 2012 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

We spoke with small number of patients at Grays Inn Road Dental Practice. People who use the service told us they were provided with good information. People said that the dentist gave a full explanation during the examination and subsequently on the dentistry required. People said visual information was also available on a large screen in the surgery.

People we spoke to indicated that they received a personal and individual service. People said that the dentist would return a phone call if requested, to discuss treatment or any concerns they had. People could not recall seeing a treatment plan.

People we spoke with said that they had observed a high standard of cleanliness at the practice.
