21st May 2013 - During a routine inspection

People told us that they were very satisfied with the service provided. They said they were encouraged to ask questions and felt staff took the time to answer their queries. People reported that staff were good at discussing all their treatment options with them. One person told us, "My treatment has been exceedingly good; my dentist talked me through the process and was very thorough". Another person told us, "All staff are very kind and helpful, I have been given good clear advice and a full picture of my oral health".

Overall we found that the provider was operating robust systems to ensure people received appropriate care and treatment in an environment which was clean.

We found that services were provided by staff that were appropriately supported in relation to their responsibilities.
