23rd August 2012 - During a routine inspection

People using the service said practice staff were friendly and helpful. People told us that treatments they had were clearly explained to them in an environment they said was clean and well looked after. One person told us ‘It’s a lovely practice’. Another person described the environment as ‘relaxing’. When asked about what improvements they would like to see one person said ‘I wouldn’t change anything about the practice’.
