Hale Family Dental is a clean and inviting surgery. We saw clear signage on display to the outside of the property with contact details for patients who used the service.

We looked at the care records for two patients. Care records were stored electronically and on paper record. We saw evidence of assessments taking place for example; medical history, medications and mouth checks.

We spoke with three patients who used the service. They all told us they felt safe and cared for. One patient told us “The staff are knowledgeable and know what they are doing, I feel safe”. Another person told us “I absolutely feel 100% safe the staff reassure me”

The patients we spoke with confirmed the surgery was always clean. One patient said “It is always clean and the staff always wear gloves and aprons”.

The staff we spoke with confirmed they undertook relevant training for their role.

The staff we spoke with were complementary about the manager. One patient told us “I feel happy and supported; they are very nice to work for. If I had any concerns I would feel confident to approach the practice manager”.
