12th April 2012 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

People using the service, who spoke with us, were happy with the service they had received. People said they were given appropriate time for their treatment and consultations. People said that the practice was always clean. They made the following comments:

“Whenever I’ve been they’ve explained everything to me and given lots of reassurance.”

“I have very sensitive teeth. The staff, which includes the dentist are always very understanding and polite.”

“I have experience of two dentist practices. This one has been a much better experience. They talk through what they are doing and check you’re ok with what they are doing.”

“They were great when I needed an emergency appointment and are very good with the kids.”

Staff we spoke with told us people received a good quality service. They had a good understanding of the systems that were in place to make sure people received appropriate care and treatment.
