People who use the service told us that they were seen on time, offered choices of appointments and treatments that met their needs and were very happy with the service they received.

We spoke with the staff who explained that they felt fully supported by their manager and were offered career development courses. We saw that the staff worked together as a team and they respected patients and treated them with dignity and respect at all times.

People using the service were provided with individual treatment plans and given support and information to help them. People were treated in a clean and safe environment and staff demonstrated effective infection control procedures. Equipment used in the practice was sterilised and decontaminated in accordance with national guidance and machines were serviced and maintained in line with manufacturer's guidelines.

We saw evidence that the provider undertook regular audits to ensure that standards were being met and implemented any necessary change.
