We looked at the records of seven people who used the service. We saw that before people received any care or treatment they were asked for their consent and the provider acted in accordance with their wishes.

We saw that there was a full audit trail of information which included details of the referring organisation, the service provided and the outcomes of medical assessments.

We saw that records contained evidence to confirm that people’s optician and GPs had been involved with people's care when needed. This meant people's health, safety and welfare were protected when their health needs changed.

People were treated and supported by, suitably qualified, skilled and experienced staff.

We found that the provider had an effective complaints procedure in place.
