18th April 2013 - During a routine inspection

We spoke with five people who used the service and these are some of the things they told us:

“It’s a very caring practice. I have been coming here for about 50 years. I am very satisfied with my care and treatment and the staff are very friendly.”

“It’s fabulous I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I

was nervous about coming but it’s been brilliant, everything has been explained to me.”

“When you have something this good you don’t want to lose it.”

“The staff are very good and I have never had a problem getting an appointment.”
