People we spoke with were complimentary about the treatment and service provided. Comments included "I am very happy with the service I have received from this practice. The Dentist is always very professional and he is very thorough during the consultations." One patient told us "The service provided here meets my needs...It's always easy to get an appointment suiting me and I have the option to book in advance too." Another patient told us "All the staff here treat you with respect and I have found them to be kind and polite."

Patients told us that the treatment and support were provided in the way they wanted it and was in line with their needs and requirements. They had been involved in discussions about the treatment options and were given time to make their decision. We were told by people it was easy to get an appointment and emergency appointments were available if needed.

We found there were systems in place to control the spread of infection and patients were cared for, or supported by, suitably qualified, skilled and experienced staff. Staff had been provided with relevant training for the work they did.

Patients were made aware of the complaints system. The patients we spoke with did not express any concern about the service received from the practice.
