5th March 2013 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

During the inspection we spoke with four people using the service, the dentist and the receptionist. People told us they were very happy with the care and treatment that they received. Comments from people we spoke with included “he explains everything that he needs to explain”, “efficient and approachable” and “every step he takes, he tells you, he is very good”.

People’s needs were assessed and they were involved in making decisions about their treatment. People told us the practice was clean and that staff wore protective equipment. Systems were in place to assess the risks and to manage, prevent and control the spread of infection

A complaints system was in place and all the people we spoke with said they would speak with the dentist if they had any complaints or concerns.
