24th January 2013 - During a routine inspection pdf icon

When we visited Kimbolton Dental Practice on 24 January 2013, we spoke with someone who was due to see a dentist that day. They told us how satisfied they were with the service they received. They said that ‘‘The surgery is genuinely very good and the dentist is very good at explaining things to me. He is very practical. I wouldn’t swap from coming here’’

The surgery had sufficient processes in place to ensure that treatment was delivered safely. All areas of the building were clean and tidy and there were robust infection control processes in place to ensure people were treated safely.

We saw that the practice regularly asked people what they thought of the service and it was clear how people could make comments or complain. Any such comments or complaints were dealt with appropriately to ensure people continued to receive a good service.
