10th May 2012 - During a routine inspection

Patients said they were satisfied with the treatment they received and the staff looked after them well. Patients told us they were able to make choices about the care and treatment they received and knew what their treatment would cost. They confirmed staff were polite and treated them with respect. Patients said they were seen in private by the dentist and could choose the gender of dentist who provided their treatment.

Patients said they did not have any concerns, but should any arise they would feel confident to discuss them with the staff. Patients confirmed the practice was always clean when they visited. One patient described the practice as “spotless”.
